Model Casting Terms & Conditions

By registering for and attending the Crown Circle Pre-London Fashion Week Show Casting, all applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Models must meet any age requirements specified in the casting announcement.

• Models under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who may also be required to attend the casting.

• Applicants confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

2. Casting Process

• Attendance at the casting does not guarantee selection for the fashion show.

• Selection is at the sole discretion of the Crown Circle casting panel.

• Decisions made by the casting panel are final and cannot be appealed.

• Selected models may be required to attend fittings, rehearsals, promotional activities, and other preparation sessions.

3. Event Date

• The fashion show is currently scheduled to take place on 10 September 2026.

• Crown Circle reserves the right to amend the event date, venue, schedule, rehearsal times, or any aspect of the event where reasonably necessary due to operational, production, venue, health and safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Should changes occur, participants will be notified using the contact details provided.

4. Photography & Filming

• The casting will be professionally photographed and filmed.

• By attending the casting, participants grant Crown Circle, its partners, sponsors, photographers, videographers, and authorised media representatives the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use their image, likeness, voice, performance, and name in any media worldwide.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Social media

  • Websites

  • Promotional videos

  • Printed marketing materials

  • Press releases

  • Television or digital broadcasts

  • Future promotional campaigns

• No payment, royalties, or additional compensation shall be due for such use.

• Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials before publication.

5. Image & Intellectual Property

• All photographs, video recordings, promotional content, graphics, and media created during the casting and fashion show remain the intellectual property of Crown Circle or its appointed photographers and production team unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Participants may not commercially reproduce official event content without prior written permission.

6. Personal Data

• By registering, participants consent to Crown Circle collecting, storing, and processing their personal information for purposes including:

  • Casting administration

  • Event management

  • Rehearsal scheduling

  • Future modelling opportunities

  • Fashion shows and related events

  • Marketing communications from Crown Circle

• Information may include:

  • Name

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

  • Postal address (where applicable)

  • Measurements

  • Emergency contact details

  • Portfolio information

• Personal data will be stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

7. Marketing Communications

• Participants agree that Crown Circle may contact them regarding future castings, fashion shows, modelling opportunities, workshops, competitions, and other events.

• Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting Crown Circle.

8. Conduct

• All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards staff, designers, photographers, fellow models, venue staff, and guests.

• Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, intoxication, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the casting or event.

9. Attendance

• Participants should arrive at their allocated casting time.

• Late arrival may result in the participant not being seen by the casting panel.

• If selected, attendance at required rehearsals and fittings is expected unless otherwise agreed.

10. Wardrobe & Personal Belongings

• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the casting and event.

• Crown Circle accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

11. Health & Safety

• Participants confirm they are medically fit to take part in the casting and fashion show.

• Participants agree to follow all venue health and safety procedures and instructions from event staff.

12. Designer Selection

• Designers participating in the fashion show may have additional requirements regarding measurements, styling, or presentation.

• Final allocation of models to designers is at the discretion of the production team and participating designers.

13. Cancellation

• Crown Circle reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the casting or fashion show if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.

• Crown Circle shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

14. Liability

• Participants attend and participate at their own risk.

• Crown Circle shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Acceptance

By attending the casting and/or submitting a registration, participants confirm that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• Agree to be photographed and filmed.

• Consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes.

• Consent to Crown Circle storing and processing their contact details and registration information.

• Agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions throughout the casting and event.
